TARGA ROSSA 2012
In 2010, the Alfa Romeo centenary in Milan
was the opportunity for the organization of
many trips for Alfisti who are feeling a bit
orphans today. Indeed, they spent several
days amongst enthusiasts, driving their
beloved car on small roads carefully
selected, crossing breathtaking sceneries
and making halt in particular nice places.
Shortly after
that trip to Milano, several crews
informed us of their desire to take part
again in a similar event if proposed to
them.
Consequently, we are happy to present the
“TARGA ROSSA 2012”, a 7 days long trip
starting from the South of Belgium crossing
France, Switzerland, Italy, Germany and
return to our starting point through Alsace
and Belgium.
Aiming to keep this event as much as
convivial as possible, the number of
registered cars has been limited to 30. This
trip is open to all types of Alfa Romeo of
any period.
The route has been traced by our specialist,
Dan Erculisse, and as you will see, we open
our passion towards new horizons by making
halt in the Chaux-de-Fonds to visit the
museum of the famous Tag Heuer watches or in
Stuttgart to admire the splendid collection
gathered by the Porsche house.
Thus, we trust having addressed the
expectations of those who feel nostalgic of
the 2010 event but also of all the
enthusiasts having been unable to
participate in the centenary extravaganza
and who were looking for another chance.

(Information in Dutch)
Ter gelegenheid van de viering van de 100ste
verjaardag van Alfa Romeo werden
verscheidene groepsreizen georganiseerd en
veel Alfisten missen dat nu een beetje. Er
werden toen inderdaad enkele dagen
doorgebracht in gezelschap van mensen met
dezelfde passie, langs wegen die daarvoor
zeer geschikt waren, in schitterende
landschappen, met haltes op zorgvuldig
uitgekozen plekken.
Na de
reis van 2010 gaven veel deelnemers te
kennen dat ze zoiets nog wel eens wilden
overdoen.
Wij zijn bijgevolg zeer gelukkig u een
7-daagse reis te kunnen voorstellen die
vertrekt vanuit Zuid-België en verder gaat
via Frankrijk, Zwitserland, Italië,
Duitsland. De terugweg naar het vertrekpunt
in België verloopt langs de Elzas.
Om de vrienschappelijke sfeer van de reis
van 2010 te bewaren, wordt het aantal
deelnemende wagens bewust beperkt tot 30. Er
mogen wagens van het merk Alfa Romeo
deelnemen van alle tijden.
Het traject werd uitgestippeld door onze
specialist Dan Erculisse. U zal zien dat
onze passie nieuwe horizonten zal openen. Zo
houden we bijvoorbeeld halt in La Chaux-de
Fonds waar we het horlogemuseum van Tag
Heuer bezoeken, en in Stuttgart gaan we de
schitterende verzameling van het huis
Porsche bewonderen.
Wji hopen zo tegemoet te komen aan de
verwachtingen van iedereen die met heimwee
terugkijkt naar het gebeuren in 2010, maar
we willen eveneens de vele
enthousiastelingen plezieren die er toen
niet bij konden zijn.
